Personal information
Feedsafaritickscn is a static, informational field guide. We collect no registration accounts, host no customer video streams, and process your setup notes directly inside your own browser.
1. Data Controller
This website (feedsafaritickscn.homes) is operated by Nightwatch Fieldnotes Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14892041, with its registered office at 14 Meadowside Walk, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DR, United Kingdom.
2. Information Processed When You Browse
When you request pages from our web server, standard technical log entries (IP address, request timestamp, requested URL, and user-agent header) are transiently recorded solely to maintain network security and prevent automated abuse. Logs are rotated and deleted within 14 days.
3. Client-Side Setup Description Tool
The interactive station note builder on contact.html runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. None of the text you type into the form is transmitted to our server unless you choose to copy the note and send it via your own email client to [email protected].
4. Email Correspondence
If you email us directly, we retain your message and email address only for as long as needed to reply to your wildlife camera enquiry and maintain our correspondence archive, after which threads are purged during our annual review.
5. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of any personal correspondence we hold about you. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
